anna and miisu

Anna is such a sweet child. Our cat Miisu (who is actually named Tibu Liisu, but is called Miisu anyway) is also pretty well behaved. Anna likes to play with her toys; Miisu likes to lick herself and lie on the couch.

But the other day Anna took a cassette, walked over to Missu, and *boom* hit the cat on the head. The cat did not return the favor, but instead ran off down the stairs. Miisu is smart enough to know not to mess with my offspring.

Then today, Anna took a plastic Elmo toy and swung it around. Miisu kept a eye out for her, but I think the cat was even surprised when *whack* Anna clocked poor Miisu again in the head.

And the scary part is that Anna was smiling the whole time. She looked like she enjoyed hurting poor little Miisu.
